Quite literally the cancer of the Davis Greek system. Houses like this is why fraternities have a negative stigma. Some of the biggest douches I have ever experienced not just in Davis, but anywhere I have ever been.

These are real gentleman. Went into their meeting to announce quarter philo and they all stood up and started snapping! I know most of the guys and they are super genuine and sweet. Super excited about a new fraternity on campus and can't wait to see where they head from here!
