The brothers are a solid group of guys. They mostly like to have fun but they're also making a good effort to raise money for philanthropy and do a decent amount of community service. Some of the brothers are a little awkward and there's one that's very old and weird, but aside from that I have a good time at the house when I visit.

Not 100% sure why people seem to think so highly of them as a top house or how people are saying they are passing A Phi or anything. Most people on campus find them very irrelevant. Never see Pi Phis participating in any on campus philos or out in general. People just view them as a weird house with somewhat attractive girls

You are Better of joining a good fraternity and having an actual college experience than sinking your time and effort into 'improving' a house that will 'be huge next year'. Steer clear and don't believe anything they tell you.
