1st tier house at ucd hands down. streamlined everything from rush , parties and to philos. systemized fraternity with a strong foundation. not moving down or going anywhere for a long time.

had a surge within the last 5 years but have plateaud now. small house, a lot of brothers, mehh parties. will stay bottom mid tier for a while until they get a bigger house.

no physical house here, scattered satellite houses. good core of guys , but logistics make coming up a problem for them. projected to be mid tier within 2-5 years

good consistent group of guys every year. one of the older frats on campus. thy dont really care about popularity much and focus on quality of the guys, not on the rise but not declining.

top tier . more of a mans frat than a boys frat. good relations with sororities, grueling rush process. best balance in terms of parties and involvement.
