With the exception of a few upperclassmen, I just don't know if these guys have the right kind of culture to really embrace the idea of a social fraternity. Most of them are "nice" with the exception of their younger guys. Especially this year, I can't seem to have any sort of fun at their exchanges or when I try to hang out with their guys. It's sort of vanilla in that sense. Recent pledge classes seem awkward and the current pledges are a little creepy. They're going to have to really try and change their culture to make a rebound.
