Have a bunch of weird brothers that make women feel uncomfortable at parties. Try-hard's for sure but are typically pretty nice. A bunch of their brothers flirt with other girls even though they have girlfriends. People look the other way when cheating occurs.

Overhyped. Super nice guys for being a top house so yeah-- compared to pike these guys are super nice. compare them to any middle tier frat-- they are fake and full of themselves. unless you're aphi or dg good luck forming genuine friendships or going to their formals. Not even sure if they are involved on campus. Never see them besides at the gym lifting

Their new brothers from fall pledge class improved their fraternity by a lot. From what I’ve seen and heard they have a good sense of brotherhood and their parties turn out lit all the time no matter if it’s open or closed. It’s a safe place for girls to party and the brothers are very friendly when it comes to taking care of random people who get drunk
