Great house on russel. Liked how they decorated it. They are not top but not middle either. I would say the bottom top along with aepi. Great parties.

Just moved to their new parkway house location this year which is a huge step up from them. Very chill on parkway with other fraternities.

What can I say here? The most top house in Davis. Absolutely no competition whatsoever(maybe sig nu) Solid group of guys. Although, everybody hates that they are so exclusive.

Nobody really understands how it is possible for them to be so popular and known even tho they don’t have an actual fraternity house on russel or parkway. They have a couple satellite houses which they use for parties. Overall, great fraternity. Very involved in philos.

Prime house location on parkway along with solid brotherhood. Very involved in philos. Somewhere between middle and lower middle since they had great pledges these past two quarters.
