Read this post if you want the truth. There is an insane amount of weirdos in this frat. So many tryhards. So many antisocial nerds that will go nowhere financially because they lack so much socially. They aren’t nice to each other, aren’t nice to others, are fake to girls to get within their vicinity, and the rest is history. Spare me the need to explain more. Never thought I’d say this but they’ve recruited some hotties recently. Also sometimes run into their older girls on nights out and they’re fun to be around and pretty cute. Honestly underrated imo

Every pnm during recruitment tries to drop this house, but can't because they take everyone back. Constantly need to do COB since their numbers are so low bc the sisterhood is fake. Filled to the brim with mid, super culty church girls. Might even recommend chi o over this house bc at least the girls like each other. Also always on probation bc they’re snitches to the core, so if you join you can FORGET about going to exchanges
