What sororities do recruitment in the fall?

depends on which chapters are at quota and which ones are not. basically it depends on how many girls drop out between bid day this year and next fall

Well it's not even that. the average chapter size in the fall is what determines quota. It could be they had a lot of seniors graduate compared to other chapters or people transfer etc. some chapters will be looking to pick up additional girls this spring
