I think this new house is going to pull AXD way up. During house tours lots of the girls I was with were saying they were a favorite, partially because of the new house. Interesting to see who they will recruit.

I agree that AXID has some great girls, but what a house looks like should NOT be why you choose a sorority, especially considering that kappa delta will be getting a new house, A chi O is in the process of drafting blue prints, and A PHI and sigma kappa are currently building a new house. I'm sure within the next few years pi phi will get one too so I don't think a new house is a huge deal.

a house should not be a reason to like a sorority. its about the girls and the values of the sorority. nearly all the other sororities are in the process of getting new houses too.
