What's this thing I'm reading/hearing about kd being under investigation? Should I still try to rush them?

I'm in another chapter and I think KD did so good last year I have a lot of friends in that chapter. #GreekUnity... Marquette is so harsh to all the chapters here so don't take everything that everyone says to heart.

They wouldn't be recruiting if they were currently under investigation. Go into all the rooms with an open mind!

theres a lot of drama in their chapter because of their eboard election and sisters turning against KD. it sucks that it happened right before recruitment but there are a bunch of great girls in KD so definitely go in with an open mind.

To respond to what “^” said, chapters can still recruit AND be under investigation at the same time. Chapters CANT recruit if they’ve been suspended which only happens if they are found guilty as a result of the investigation. KD may get suspended after recruitment is over.

Rumors go around. So just pay attention to where you feel comfortable and welcome. I heard, however, that Kappa Delta is on probation for the next year, but they are still able to recruit. They just cannot have social events or initiate their new members until 2019.

Don’t read the stupid stuff on here. If you have a question. Address the sorority themselves. This site is set up to go against Greek unity and lie about each other. If you have a question. Just ask. All the girls are nice and will be honest.

KD is suspended from having any social activities for three senesters.

I heard that there was potentially a semester of social probation thrown around, but Marquette is actually more understanding than you’d think. A lot of the things said on this aren’t true, so take it with a grain of salt. Some of my best friends are in KD, and I would highly recommend rushing them still, and I’m in SK. If they have good behavior this next semester they will be perfectly set in the fall. If I could do it all over again I would have chose KD over SK.

AXD was fully suspended from campus for “hazing” which was an unfortunate misunderstanding. Social probation is different than suspension.
