recruitment numbers?

Smaller pledge classes for Marquette is not a bad idea. Last year the pledge classes were big and many girls dropped. The chapters all need to work on retention.
It is harder to get in to Marquette than a state school academically, and generally women don't choose Marquette for its Greek life. For many studies come first.

This recruitment class is so much smaller considering how big the freshman class is. So many girls have already dropped after the first night. Honestly the chapters will be lucky if they get even 60 girls in their PC....
