Just curious, do they check facebook/instagram accounts and take that into consideration for sorority recruitment?

Lol definitely. Guaranteed chapters will check you out on social media before you're offered a bid. I've been stalking "mu 20s" since June. I also look at girls who follow only specific chapters vs all of them...lol
