This is definitely taken into consideration, in some sororities it matters much more than others.

like in the other thread, if you're only looking to get into one specific sorority you don't have great chances

You will never know unless you try. Wear clothes that make you feel fabulous, make sure your hair and make-up are well done. All of the chapters have plus sized girls in them. Be upbeat and positive. You can do it!
