dues????
by: PnmI really want to go through rush and join a sorority but I can't find any info on how much dues are anywhere. I don't want to rush and meet a group of girls I really like only to have to drop because I can't afford it. How much are dues on average????

From what I've heard Alpha Phi, Sigma Kappa, and Kappa Delta's dues range from $750-900ish the first semester. Keep in mind the number goes way down after that.
Alpha Chi Omega's is around $600 I believe and Pi Beta Phi is somewhere near there too. I don't know what Alpha Xi Delta's dues are, but they're likely no more or less than any previously mentioned! Hope this helps.

I've been in a sorority for 3 years now and dues in my first semester were about $1200. It mellowed out to around $400 a semester but that doesn't include all of the extra activities like formal and parties which can be an extra $200+ more added to the semester dues you already pay

Chapters can vary too bc for mine our formal and party and tshirt dues are built into the total amount so you don't have to pay extra for that. It just depends on the chapter!
