don't drink but want to rush
by: ConcernedI don't drink (I don't care if other ppl do I personally just don't want to) but I really wanna join a sorority for everything else it entails. Will I end up regretting joining cause I'm not into drinking or are there other ppl in a similar position?

You're fine, SK is the only one that a large majority of girls are wild/throwing up kind of drinkers. You'll find girls in every sorority that don't drink guaranteed. Freshman seem to always think drinking all the time is such a big deal but tbh once ur a soph people do not give af, most usually cut way back on going out (but do still go out).

Most of Greek life at Marquette is very similar, all Greek life has big drinking members and also those who don't drink, I wouldn't single out a certain sorority as drinking more or less just in different settings. (For example, aphis are seen at bars a lot, SKs are usually all together at house parties, a chi o does a lot of fun 21st bday parties together, etc.) I have friends in every sorority on campus and all my friends have had pretty similar experiences. Don't feel like you'll be pressured to drink, MU doesn't haze and not everyone drinks. There is a lot of incorrect information on this site, if you really wanna know more about certain chapters just ask an active on the way to class (best way to really get a feel for the girls personalities in each chapter too)!
