Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 4.7 Aphis are always so welcoming and are always supporting the events put on by other sororities! They always get put down on here but they truly are such sweet and kind women once you actually get to know them.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 3.0 I was a member of Alpha Phi (and I know people are going to say oh Sigma Kappa fake, but I mean it). It's probably a waste of my time to be on this site and maybe it's petty but I still have a lot of pain from how terrible this chapter was to me. I was a good member. Never got in any trouble, was very involved, always showed up, always was kind, always had a good attitude. I said yes to everything exec board would ask me to do and even after graduating I am still helping them with things from miles away. This chapter used me and sucked everything out of me that I struggled quite a bit mentally. They never supported me or provided me with much at all. I am thankful for a handful of friendships I made, but otherwise too many people only cared about their image and parties. The whole "you get out of it what you put into it" is not true with Alpha Phi. They will take and take and take until you have nothing left. "Generosity" is one of their pillars and I don't see this at all in the chapter. They do philanthropy work because they have to not because they want to. They had this service thing at a women's soup kitchen and I was impossible to get girls to sign up and go. Joining Alpha Phi was really exciting, but it has gotten so much worse over the years. I would not recommend joining this chapter at Marquette University. If you are a good person, go to a chapter that will embrace that and love you, not suck everything out of you.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 2.9 These girls just don’t want anyone that doesn’t fit their stereotype. If you are not what they want, trust me you know. During rush the girl who was talking to me didn’t give one care about what I was saying. She kept looking bored and looking for the next person to come talk to me. I had to make all the conversation. They were last on my list and I know that a lot of people feel the same. I didn’t end up joining a sorority but I know a lot of people in aphi and I just don’t hear good things.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 3.4 I ranked them middle tier because they are definitely involved in greek life but during recruitment you could tell they are very judgmental and want a certain type of girl. I did have a great conversation with all the girls I spoke to though.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 3.5 Went into alpha phi’s room and they were all so pretty and nice but I felt like there wasn’t really a connection, and felt that I was leading the conversation and not getting to know anything about the chapter. Not sure if there’s a lot of substance there...

I was friends with many girls before they joined aphi, then they joined and became childishly mean. some of them even became weirdly competitive with me (????) i dont even talk to them and they tells me their grades (???) idk it seems like aphi only fx with aphi. Dont join if you want to join a cul--i mean sisterhood
