Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 4.4 After meeting all the different sororities at Ofest and going to house tours last night, I have to say I'm super excited to rush Alpha Chi in January! Even though they have a smaller house compared to some of the other chapters, theirs was still decorated super cute. They're the only chapter that has really stuck out to me so far because they're so fun and down to earth. They definitely don't seem nearly as catty and like they're trying too hard like some of the other chapters.

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 4.4 Everyone thinks they are middle tier, but I disagree. They are by far the classiest AND genuinely nicest girls in greek life here. They seem to have the most normal girls. I know they get good grades and are extremely proud to be AXOs. They also know how to have fun.

You got your wish #deltachiexchange2015 Instead of focusing on recruiting girls that have good values, you recruited "popular girls" which may be what your plans are to change your reputation but this new one isn't much better

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at Marquette University - MU 2.0 One of my really good friends in AXO was told she was not good enough to recruit this year. It broke her heart and I'm really disappointed in this chapter for doing this to their own members. I don't know who made that decision but I do know that individually, all the AXOs I know are really really sweet.

this really breaks my heart to see this. As a sister of AXO, I can attest that not getting to recruit is NOT a reflection of another sisters worth or value to the chapter. We have a limited number of girls that are allowed in the room, and we do not fill our room with extra girls standing along the walls like other chapters may do because space is so limited in the ballrooms. Every single girl in AXO plays such an important role for recruitment, so even if they aren't actually in the room recruiting, they are still working extremely hard on things that are related to recruitment and bid day. It makes me so sad to hear that she is upset, but I hope she knows how important she is to the chapter.

I'm actually kind of appalled that they would not allow a girl to be a part of an activity that she wanted to be a part of. This is not the type of thing I hear about AXO. I hope they'll make some changes

It breaks my heart that my former chapter is still doing this sort of recruitment technique. They attempted to exclude certain girls from previous recruitments a few years back and a great deal of sisters dropped as a result. Not happy to hear this.
