open bid info

I didn't get a bid for any of the 3 sororities. How competitive would open bid be if any of the sororities offered them? What do they look for to decide who gets the bid? I thought I did well during rush and had good, relevant and fulfilling conversations with the girls but apparently, it wasn't enough. My GPA is reasonably high as well, it definitely meets the requirements but I didn't get an invite to any preference parties

I feel the same way you do. Is it too late to submit a recommendation to AST for their open bid?
