not sure these things are usually decided last m,inute. usually ast and klp but you should wait till spring semester cause ytou're gonna wanne see kkg and ss.

nope they're not if they were you would've heard of something by now. and if they did have it only transfers and sophomores are allowed to rush. but waiting for the spring is worth it. its nice to have at least one semester under your belt before you rush i'm glad i had it
