what are the fraternity stereotypes?

I would like to know the fraternity stereotypes at Marist. I'm a freshman class of 2021 and I want to join in the spring. I would like to hear about Kappa Sigma, Theta Delta Chi, and Zeta Psi.

Only relevant fraternities are Kappa Sig and TDX. TDX coming from a girl are pretty creepy but they have a house. They get super nervous around girls it seems and jump at the opportunity to escape for a shotgun, not my cup of tea. Kappa Sig are a year in and quickly rising to the top, great guys and culture. A lot more sociable and intelligent, good balance between them with two great houses.

Kappa Sig: rich, good-looking, and preppy guys

APD: friendly and approachable, party animals

TDX: cocaine addicts and obsessed with shotgunning beers/lokos

Zeta Psi: diverse but awkward af
