People have said it before, but it should be known that girls always drink for free at TKE. All of the Marist nightlife is completely controlled by TKE. Once you know the TKE guys you are set, as TKE has members who work and have connections at every single bar in Poughkeepsie. They are charming douchebags, and will sometimes play country music while you are there which is usually a buzzkill.

If you are a "guido" then you found where you'll fit in at Marist. The parties are decent, but don't get the draw that TDX or TKE parties do. No nightlife presence and they barely attempt to attract pledges. Marist may only have 4 Greek fraternities but APD is without a doubt the bottom tier fraternity at this school.

Let's get one thing straight: girls should never pay to drink. EVER. At TDX the dollar shots are the size of thimbles and cost everyone $1. That isn't much, but as a principle, girls should never pay to drink. The "beer" is free but you wait 10 minutes for 3/4s of a cup of foam. If you don't know how to properly party TDX is the place to pledge.

For a good time go to theTKE house. It's one of the only places where drinks are made in front of you. They're a short walk from campus and girls always drink free at TKE.

These guys are amazing; the nicest people around campus. They have a great attitude towards each other and the campus as a whole. They welcome everyone and truly become engaged in the community around them.

Tri Sigma is the most popular and attractive sorority on campus. Every girl wishes they were a sigma. There is no comparison to AST, because tri sig girls are so much more genuine than any AST girl. Tri sigma is the most popular among all the frats, and they have the prettiest girls. The 2013 pledge class is drop dead gorgeous to say the least.

As one of the "nice" fraternities, Zeta Psi has the best relationship with the sororities on campus. However, as the "nice" guys, they also have very few parties, and are relatively unknown by people on campus aside from Zeta Psi members and the sororities. They are however, very involved in attempting to attract pledges.
