ASA's recent pledge class has shown that this chapter is making improvements, but they are still awkward recruiters which is why they get dropped by the most PNMs during formal recruitment and never meet quota on bid day. I feel like they are getting more involved, but they have a long way to go before they lose their "others" sterotype. But right now, signs are showing that they are making improvements.
