From my views of this chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, they are involved on campus a good bit! But... They are not the classiest I've seen, and the looks of the latest line have sort of lowered the standard of Skegee deltas being very attractive. Just my opinion

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority has been providing leadership in the African American communities, since its inception (1908), as the first African American Sorority. The community involvement aspect (mentoring young ladies, tutoring, helping young single mothers, providing scholarships, partnering with neighborhood organizations, etc.,) of the sisterhood far out weighs the social aspects of the organization, even though the social aspects have provided broad networking systems for college grads.

The deltas at skegee are actually pretty great! Hands down best deltas I've ever seen. They appear to have a very close bond as sisters and will stand up for each other without hesitation (their pros taught them well). They also do a good amount of community service and are heavily involved on campus. They are somewhat approachable, as long as they don't think you want anything from them or are tryna kiss up. As of 2018, they are the best sorority on Tuskegee's campus and this coming from some one who is actually partial to AKAs. What can I say, I give credit where credit is due.
