by: PNMSo I checked the detailed schedule and I have class up untill one of the parties...what do I do? Can I not rush anymore or is it okay to just show up to the party and miss some of the pre things?

I remember one of my sisters missed prefs because of class and she just picked the house she wanted from her list of 3 houses she got after round 3 and we actually matched with her. I think just go to the orientation and talk to your pi chi about your issue and they should be able to help because rush only falls on 1 school day and that's prefs and then bid day is later in the afternoon on the next day.

I had the same thing happen to me when I rushed 2 years ago. I talked with my Pi Chi about the issue and like magic, it was solved. I just met her after my class and she gave me my party schedule for the night. I didn't miss any parties but it was weird attending class dressed for recruitment. You won't be the only PNM this will happen too. Relax it will all work out but definitely talk to your Pi Chi about the conflict.
