DG still has the same social calendar as TriDelt and Aopi, even though those two houses are better overall. Theta also has the same social calendar as DZ and Piphi as well as hoco pairs. AXo is the same level as kappa. And despite deephs lower ranking tier wise, it's social ranking is on par with any solid mid house. They do things with all frats

if you were going to rank based off of gamedays, socials, homecoming, then it would be SAE/EX/ATO/BETA/PIKE together with ZTA/KD/ADPi/AOPI/DDD/DG because they all have identical gamedays, socials, homecoming pairings, and to try to differentiate these houses from the others would just be nitpicking.
that goes the same for every other tier from top to bottom

every top fraternity/sorority will have the same exact gamedays and socials and eventually homecoming pairings as every other house around them. trying to break up the top/middle/bottom into little sub tiers is just a way for the poster to try to put their own little twist on things.
KA isnt considered top on a lot of these lists but if you ask some people, KA is their absolute favorite house. Same goes for a house like DDD - some people like to bash them and put them lower than others, but some people would say DDD is better than ZTA/KD/ADPi
