sigma chi in trouble?

I heard Sigma Chi got in trouble? Is there any truth to this? anyone know their punishment?

they got in trouble last fall for an incident, and because of that lost rush for the spring semester and i can imagine they are on probation/dry house for the fall. My fraternity is a dry house this fall for something way less severe than what they got in trouble for, so i doubt they got off with only losing a pledge class
