bags

I am still kind of confused on the bag situation..so are we even allowed to carry bags with us during the rounds, or are we given a plastic bag to put our things in? i've heard both answers, so if someone could clarify that would be great.

and if we are allowed to carry our bags around, do sorority members actually see them, or do we leave them outside the house?

You will be able to carry a bag each day (any kind you want) and you'll bring the bag inside the sorority houses. Once you enter the house, the girl who is rushing you is supposed to take your bag and she'll give it back to you before you leave.

They just carry it around for you. It'll be in your sight the whole time, but if you pack your bag full of stiff for recruitment they can be heavy, so as a nice gesture we give you a break from carrying it. It never gets opened
