What kind of photo should PNM's send in for recruitment? Headshot? Full body?

Head shot, a professional one (graduation photos, senior pics, etc.), not a selfie. High resolution. One that mimics what you will look like during recruitment. So don't send in a pic where you have long blonde hair if you plan on cutting it all off and dying it black.

Well this is awk because I definitely sent in a selfie/profile picture with completely different hair when I rushed 2 years ago lmao. So you won't get shunned if you're reading this thread and already sent in not a headshot I promise! :)

this may seem hella obvious....but one that only has you in it...I can't tell you how many people sent in pics last year of someone with their BFF in it. The whole purpose is so we can tell who you are
