Clearly you don't know what a snap bid is.
A snap bid is a bid offered to a girl from a house that doesn't reach quota. The girl must have went through recruitment and was not given a bid on bid day due to being dropped during any of the rounds, or not having a match. The snap bid happens before bid day (well, morning of) and the girl attends bid day like normal, but her bid was the result of a house not meeting quota so it offered girls they dropped, bids.
Gamma Phi Beta will be doing Continuous Open Bidding. It will start 72 hours after Bid Day, and continue throughout the fall semester. During GPhi's COBing, no other Pan chapter on campus can offer a bid to anyone. Basically, there will be meet and greets, etc., and they will offer girls they see fit, a bid. Additionally, they will participate in Round 1 of recruitment, giving a presentation to group of PNMs on their plans as a chapter. Girls who didn't go through recruitment are also eligible to receive a bid from GPhi.
