it could happen! I personally missed rush as a freshman because I didn't know what sororities were until I actually saw them at school (after rush) and I'm considered attractive (upper-mid tier now). This same situation has happened to plenty of girls so it's not just me. If there had been a sorority like GPhiB who did rush after the fact, I would have joined. Will it be made of super-hot girls who are obviously recruitment-ready (i.e. being in the "right" activities)? No, but it will be made of UF-quality girls who won't look out of place in our panhellenic community.

Moving up means that every PC is better than the last. Both AXO and DZ's PCs get better every year.

I don't think AOPi moved up so much as DG moving down..
I also don't think AXO is moving up, and I think 'upper middle' (Pi Phi, DZ, Theta) is pretty stuck where they are until next PC

DG and adpi's pledge classes were not amazing but I don't think they were bad enough to cause them to move down. We'll see how bid day goes this year

I'm definitely not saying that they have moved down from their prior ranking but they didn't move up either a.k.a stagnant.

This is by far the most inaccurate comment i have seen. ZTA and Adpi are definitely not moving down anywhere and KD is not moving up anywhere, all of them are definitely stagnant and equally on top. And how can Sk and Aephi move down if they're already down there? lol Phi mu isn't moving anywhere until the addition of new houses. The only accurate statement that you made is that GPhi is moving up.

Actually this is "reality"- one bad pledge class is not the end of the world, especially a house that has been top for years. This applies to not only ADPi, but other houses too. Dont get too ahead of yourself.

Just switch ADPi as stagnant and DG as moved down and this would be perfect. Even without those changes, probably the most accurate one posted on here.

PNMs, if you're reading this--take it with a grain of salt. None of the houses at UF are making that big of movements in any direction.
As someone in an upper-middle house, I've seen like 10 different threads saying my house is 'rising' on some, and falling or stagnant on others. Honestly, the difference in tier at UF is so hard to discern that it's nearly impossible to tell where a house is going universally, just wanted to let that be known...

GPhi lol now they are a thing
Down:
AEPhi fell quick to the bottom from middle
DG is still top in social rotation but in name only (no respect or competitive recruitment)
The rest is, like, your feelings. Or just not big enough of a change yet. I think these are pretty widely agreed upon trends if not truths.
