I see a lot on here about the rankings of the sororities themselves, but I'd like to know who has the nicest houses (inside and outside) and how easy it is to live in house? I've heard it's cheaper to live in house, so I'm very interested in this information before rush starts.

Honestly they're all nice.... And yes it's cheaper to live in house but you wont live in house your first year so you'll have plenty of time to get that info. No offense but I'd focus on actually getting into a sorority first lol

You may be interested in that but like most PNM's you overestimate how much of this choice is in your hands. All of UF's are very nice. The best houses are DDD and DZ, and who gets to live in is different by each chapter. Worst are ADPi SK AEPHI AXO.

Lol definitely not. The worst are AEPhi Deeph Theta and SK (but they're getting a new house). ADPi and AXO are actually really nice.

You also have to consider that DZ and DDD are two of the most expensive houses in terms of dues so you really pay for those houses.

PNM's, the last thing you need to worry about is how pretty the houses are. They are ALL nice, some smaller and older than others but honestly they're sorority houses at UF, I don't think any of them will disappoint.

This is really easy to see for yourself during rush. They'll walk you around the whole house.

we consistently redo the decor in our houses, improve them, change furniture around, paint walls. At least in my case, the inside of my house when I rushed as a freshman is not similar to how it'll look this year as a junior.
