Do stereotypes automatically get you into the top sororities? UF cheerleader/dazzlers/ and/or beauty queen?

I mean I don't think being a cheerleader is a stereotype... it's an activity that is reserved only for gorgeous fit girls (same for dazzlers and pageant queens) that are typically recruited by upper tier houses. That being said, if they only want you because of your title, are they really worth joining? And if you only want to be a in a sorority that is top tier, should you really be rushing?

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be in a top tier sorority, you're kidding yourself if you think that's not something girls think about.

It's like you people never read.
I didn't say something is wrong with wanting to be in a top tier sorority. I said something is wrong if you ONLY want to be in a top tier sorority. Overall, sorority recruitment is about finding your home, no matter which tier it is in.

You still have to be pretty/nice/put together. That might just make it easier. It's definitely not automatic.
