Move Pike down to Beta level. Move Phi Delt below that. Switch Chi Phi with Phi Tau.

Move ADPi down in between ZTA and KD. Make XO/KKG/AXO equal. Move Deeph down. Switch SK and AEPhi.

Not a Chi Phi.
Also not saying Chi Phi is necessarily middle tier, but they are on par with Delta Chi, who didn't even have a hoco pair in 2014 I believe.
Also Phi Tau is definitely below them. They do things with better sororities but most of the girls hate them...
