I'm an incoming freshman and I have an older sister that's in a bottom tier sorority. Will other sororities not consider me because I have a sister in a different sorority at UF currently?

you will most likely be dropped from all the other houses because all of the other sororities will assume you will go where your sister joined. Just plan to go "lower tiered" and you'll be fine.

No, just don't mention it or list it in your description and nobody will know

Nobody cares what chapter your older sister is in; unless she's facey / well known. Definitely write down that you're a legacy on your application though, only her chapter can see it, not others :-)
Nobody will know you have a sister in another house unless you mention it.

Just don't mention it at all. Get her to write you a legacy for there but don't say anything to other houses.
