people rush for a third time? what are the chances of getting a bid?

I wouldn't completely rule it out, but why would you want to go through the process for a third time? Honestly, if it didn't work out the first two times I really don't see it happening the third.

It depends under what circumstances you're rushing under- did you rush and drop out because you didn't get called back to the chapter you desired, or did you rush and get released from recruitment altogether?
If you rushed two times and got released from recruitment every time, chances are slim that a third time will go any better.
If you rushed two times and simply didn't get what you wanted, chances are slim that the third time around will be better, but it could be worth a try if its really what you want.
Other than that, there are great ways to be involved on campus that don't include being in a fraternity or sorority :-)
