alpha chi omega discussion

How much good does it do you to join a house with a higher GPA? Does it make you smarter in some way? Is there some kind of osmosive force at work here that makes your GPA climb simply by proximity to others with higher GPAs? Just curious. I realize that you may pick up an occasion study tip or group of habits but that's really about it.

All of the sororities have good GPAs, AXO has a 3.1 as of Spring 2011, the hightest house has a 3.5 - it isn't that big of a deal. Move on.

pledges a house because of grades? Name five people please.

If Kappa is who you deem your competition is, then you really need to raise the bar!

this house is not worthy of all 1's -- nor should they be given all 5's. Let's try and be honest here.

I just want some honest ranks here ):

You can't rank a group of 150-180ish people on a website. No group of girls is complete without the whole spectrum of looks, personalities, intelligence, involvement, and interests. Go through rush and form your opinions then :)

There's ALOT more than what is being evaluated on this site. You can't get a total evaluation of a sisterhood based on a scale of 1 to 5 based only on five totally superficial components. That being said, AChiO girls are NOT known for being super fun and cute. Not that that really matters -- just an observation.

Whenever you see straight "1"s it is another sorority trying to make themselves look better by downranking others.

AXO. They were a house I thought all the girls were actually pretty and seemed real through recruitment. You can tell they could give a ____ if you like them or not. They are true to themselves.
