1. Sigma Chi has dropped some as they were unanimous top but now most would say SAE then them
2. Phi Delt is not dropping hard at all. I'd love to know your reasoning for that
3. Pike should be in the top tier list
4. I'd also like to know how/why you think you know exactly who is rising/falling. Do you associate with top and bottom tier fraternities or are you making wild guesses.
5. You say Phi Sig is rising yet they had a fall class of 8 lol

not OP here but Phi Sig was colonized like a year and a half ago they only have on direction they can go.
