2015 spring fraternity tier/growth

Everyone has their own opinion but this is the general consensus for anyone looking to rush in the fall:

Sigma Chi/SAE - pretty stagnant on top
ATO/Beta - pretty stagant as bottom of top

Theta Chi/KA - Theta Chi slowly rising, KA stagnant
Pike/Phi Delt - Phi Delt is falling, Pike is rising

ZBT - stagnant
Pi Kapp/Delt/Kappa Sig - pretty stagnant, Pi Kapp slowly rising though
Tep - falling
AEPi/Phi Tau - pretty stagnant at bottom of middle

Chi Phi/Delta Chi - rising w/ bigger pledge classes
Lambda Chi/AGR - pretty stagnant/ AGR slowly rising
Sigma Nu - stagnant lower middle

DU/Pi Lam - generally regarded as bottom tier
TKE, Phi Sig - Don't have houses and regarded as lowest. Many haven't heard of phi sigma kappa

Everything else is 100% spot on but phi delt is definitely not falling and should be w theta chi and ka
