The descriptions are pretty accurate! XO is only rising because they're pretty though. They are so boring. Also, Theta isn't rising. Sorry Theta.

Most accurate post I've seen on here in a long time. The houses on the rise seem to have a lot of positive buzz and the houses falling are one pledge class away a tier move.
