1. Check the ufpanhellenic for Pinterest for dress information. Round 1(2 days): They give you a shirt and you match it with like nice shorts and wear flats/sandals(NOT flipflops, like legitimate shoes), not too dressy accessories, etc.
Round 2(2 days): Casual. Nice top and skirt, casual dress, no heels.
Round 3(1 day): Slighly dressier- this is usually wear people bust out their colorful dresses and wedges.
Prefs(1 day): semi-formal attire- short classy dresses (neutral/normal colors, no crazy patterns) and heels.
2. You go to every house round 1. Then the rest is mutual selection where you basically just go to wherever invited you back and you go to less houses each round. Then you preference all of the houses you went to on prefs night and hope you get a bid.
3. They're all recommended. You have to go to every house so keep an open mind.
