Those four are CURRENTLY the best, but definitely not CONSISTENTLY the best.
Let's not forget ZTA's subpar pc08, ADII's epic fail pc09, and DDD's disappointing pc10.
House's ebb and flow, and with each sorority being judged almost exclusively on their most recent pledge class, the order of the top tier changes every single year.
The top tier itself however, doesn't. The top 6 now are ADII AOII DG DDD KD and ZTA and will be for a while.

Tridelt, congratulations on your new pledge class. It is VERY impressive. B
ut that does not over rule your complete FAIL pc09 and 10 and make you top 4. You don't just go from the house people says is approaching Theta's level and doing SPRING RUSH, to "bye everyone elseeeee." lol.
