zta - quite a lot of pretty girls, very involved, highly competitive, somewhat diverse, not very outgoing (close clique)?
kd - relatively conservative, some very naturally pretty girls, somewhat stuck-up/catty, rich in tradition
adpi - very sweet, southern, highly conservative, lots of naturally pretty girls, big on tradition, not diverse & not very open minded
ddd - ?newest/nicest house, some very cute girls, relatively tame, some tradition, very energetic/talkative, very blonde
dg - ?involved, fun, love to party, quite ?popular amongst ?fraternities not so much amongst sororities, relatively open minded/diverse

They definitely weren't five years ago, but AOII is a top house now.

Some fraternities even consider them 3rd or 4th, but almost all consider them at least top 6.

interesting to see all of these comments. Things do change. The top 3 houses then were DG, ADpi and Tri delt. Then Zeta, Chio and Theta. KD and AOPi were very mid tier.

DG - the popular girls (not necessarily pretty)
ZTA - the pretty girls (not necessarily fun)
KD - the stuck up girls
ADII - the prude girls
AOII - the party girls
DDD - the rich daddy's girls
DZ - the girls who had a clique but were just never popular (ZTA KD DDD ADII castoffs)
KAO - the girls who had more guy friends than girl friends
PiPhi - same as DZ (DG AOII Theta castoffs)
DPhiE - the girls who smoked a lot and didnt care what anyone thought
XO - the softball team
KKG- the nice girls
AEPhi - the jappy girls
AXO - the girls you could count on to always let you sit with them at lunch
SK - the sweet girls that flew under the radar because they weren't all over guys
PhiMu - the really smart and talented girls who always smiled at you in the hallways

the post below me is so right, if you ZTA's are SOOOO sure that you're top tier than stop trying to bring down every other sorority. Everyone knows you can't trust a ranking site anyways, its completely biased.
