there are 6 top houses. aopi has socials with all the top frats and its well known theyre a top house. im not even in aopi but you cant hate them. its just how it is.

& no theta. youre better than middle but not quite top.

Because it's just a well known fact they're the best houses. Plus a lot of these girls are friends and have met because they all go on the same fraternities date functions. They're definitely not all one sorority but they do get along
