I can't tell you how sororities vote on new members because I wouldn't be able to fit it into this message, too long and complicated of a process. However, yes clean up your social media. Even if you're doubting something take it off, likely it is not appropriate if you must debate about it. When you don't know anyone in the chapter social media is all they have to judge your character.
On a last note, I have no clue what you mean by "they already have more or less girls than they want." The determining factor for a size of a pledge class is quota based off the size of the chapter and the number of girls going through rush.
