they seem to be doing great. Spring rush isn't necessarily bad, because 1) tier system is crap blah blah blah 2) girls graduate in fall or leave to go study abroad and stuff

Are you all incompetent? Just because houses are doing spring rush doesn't mean no one wanted to stay. Lots of seniors do internships and graduate early and are considered alumnae so the house drops below quota. Honestly, you're missing out if you don't do spring rush

We all know spring rush = bad. And it just shows how bad your sisterhood has to be that you don't have enough girls to even keep your house afloat. But spring rush isn't the only thing that shows just how bad its gotten. You got turned down for a homecoming pair last year. You'd have to be incompetent to not see the decline. Or maybe just delusional.
