For spring recruitment, are based off of just the girl you speak to, or do they talk about everyone and decide then?

There is a discussion, but obviously the opinions will mainly come from the girls you speak to as they are the ones who actually met you, but there is a discussion about you.

It all depends, really. Overall, they discuss whether or not they think you would be a good fit. And just because you have friends in a chapter does not necessarily mean that you would be a good fit, which is why they let other actives talk to you. There really is no way to predict it.
