I believe your information is a little outdated..... ATO probably has about twice as many plant kids as SAE does. ATO blanket bids Plant guys. Kappa Sig and even KA both have Plant Guys. SAE has a decent amount of Tampa guys but they have a lot of Tallahassee and Jacksonville people. Some Orlando area people too.
