Phi Delta Theta is going downhill quickly. The worst.

Went there for rush and walked in and then out. Rushed and got a bid a much better house.

Pike and Beta are going to definitely take over top tier.

Pike is to try hard to be top tier, and Beta is a little weird. Neither will be top tier.

sae ato and beta did well. sigma chi's is a little weird, dont know much about others but i heard pike's was filled with tools

its called going out and seeing for yourself. also sigma chi and ato had their crush party

Pike had the best pledge class. Sorority girls, especially KD and Tri Delt, all love them. Phi delts was just bad. SAE was ok but the whole lion thing has ruined them. ATO had an ok class, not as good as the past. SigX and Beta are on par with pikes class, and I think those 3 are top houses now.

I can hands down vouch that sorority girls do not love pike, we are often warned to stay as far away from pike as we possibly can.

SigChi, Sae top 2. Ato 3. Ka/beta/pike/phi delt all racing for upper middle as usual. no big changes this fall.
