re rushing for fraternity

How many times can you rush? Does it matter how many times you have rushed? Does that effect your chances of getting a bid? I attempted to rush in the spring 2014 as a freshman but had to drop because of finance issues then rushed this week but did not get a bid from the 3 houses i visited. Can I rush in the spring for a third time? Does it hurt my chances if I am a sophomore and rushing for a third time?

It won't matter if you've rushed before if the fraternity likes you. Why would you spend the entire week at 3 houses?

thanks for the response Well i spent each of the first three nights at a different house then went back Thursday to my favorite out of the three and did not get a bid. lesson learned.

If your still looking for a bid try and reach out to friends that just accepted or other fraternity guys you know from class and stuff. They may be able to bring you around or take you to meals and stuff.
