I think Theta, DZ, and AXO did better than usual. Actually, let me throw in Phi Mu as a fourth. Not sure if it changes tiers or anything but there you have it.

I agree with the Theta, DZ, and AXO comment. They all moved up in the rankings. Phi Mu bettered themselves, but still last or maybe even with SK

Why does Alpha Chi keep self promoting here? Everyone saw their trolls already. Same with Chi O and Pi Phi. Yeah you got 3-5 gorgeous girls, but you also got 20 beastly mammoths.

I rushed this year and several girls who were wanted for top tiers ended up in chi o. They were seriously fantastic this year.

dg had better than usual

KD and DG did the best
ZTA and DDD did well but not #1
ADPi and AOPi were hot, but so so for top tier

Pi Phi, Theta, AXO, and DZ all improved.
Rest of middle looked the same as they always are.

Phi Mu looked the best from the bottom.

I dont think you can claim that most of the middle "improved" when compared to each other... because then no one chapter really went anywhere if you're basically claiming that everyone in the middle improved. you can make a general statement that the middle tier all got cuter girls than normal..but these chapters are still below the top tier mark.
However, if one had to judge the middle based on PC'14:

look @ the pics of bid day and tell me the top tier vs middle tier?! No difference!!! All PC's have a mix of looks. Middle tier is moving on up based on PC14.

They are basically on the same level. Perfectly fine houses to be in, maybe different in personality (KKG more "girl next door", AXO more "quirky/fun").

I would agree that they are close, for sure, as well as different in their style. But given the last few PC's, kkg has done better than axo. Their new addition is in no way a factor in my preference. Both still trail chi o- and as far as deeph goes- it's just hard to even make a comparison when theyre so so different

KKG and AXO are definitely close. AXO's PC 14 is arguably better though so I'd put them a little higher
